Hi, I’m Mona

Mom, therapist-in-training, and a believer in the extraordinary magic found within the everyday moments of motherhood. Yes, motherhood flipped my world upside down, filling it with more love and laughter than I ever imagined possible and it has also been the most challenging times of my life too. Motherhood is a beautiful mess! I have been wanting to create a community with like-minded women for 7 years. Do you know the feeling of just postponing and before you know it years went by? Well, this community is filled with understanding, accountability, uplifting and spiritual guidance! All of this is done with a little Nordic twist, since I am from the Faroe Islands. WELCOME!
